Incident Investigation

Incident investigation is important. If it is not correctly completed, then the management system is not informed with accurate and reliable data, and the chances that the incident will reoccur will be high. Incident investigation is also often needlessly over-complicated, which further compromises the effectiveness of the process. We have developed this incident investigation course to be both technically correct and as easy to understand as possible. We have drawn on incident investigation experts with both a Health & Safety and also Law Enforcement background to ensure that our courses are as appropriate and effective as they can be, and also have a high measure of credibility. We will help you focus on what is important and what isn’t.
